Pollen8 is an innovation consultancy offering a SaaS platform designed to support and manage innovation programs within large organisations. With a client includes PwC, Oracle, Red Cross, and Grant Thornton, Pollen8 empowers managers to gather, review, and manage employee-generated ideas, guiding them through the venture cycle in scale. My role was pivotal in optimising the user experience and design aesthetics, developing new tools to meet evolving business needs, and establishing a robust design system. Pollen8 was acquired by PwC, a testament to its value in the innovation space.
